By opting in on our website form, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Auto Injury Advisor and one matched law firm identified to you at the time of contact regarding your free case evaluation. If you separately opt in to pre-settlement funding, you also agree to receive SMS from the specific funding company(ies) identified at that opt-in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any follow-up needed. You may receive up to 10 messages per month per program.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the originating number. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no additional messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on our form.
