Auto Injury Advisor transfers case review submissions to a participating law firm and — only if you separately opt in — to participating pre-settlement funding companies. Under CCPA/CPRA these transfers may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. You have the right to opt out of this sale/sharing at any time, and to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
